RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION - February 28, 2000

Authorization to Purchase Audiovisual Equipment and Supplies Through
the Northampton/Monroe/Pike County Joint Purchasing Board


INFORMATION:


The Bethlehem Area School District will be participating in the Northampton/
Monroe/Pike County Joint Purchasing Board's cooperative purchase of audiovisual
equipment and supplies. Bids were opened on January 28, 2000, at the Colonial
Intermediate Unit 20's office. After tabulation, the bids were reviewed by members of
the Northampton/Monroe/Pike County Joint Purchasing Board. The recommendation of
award is based upon the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications.


RECOMMENDATION:


That the administration be authorized to purchase audiovisual equipment and supplies
through the Northampton/Monroe/Pike County Joint Purchasing Board on an as-needed
basis from March 1, 2000, through August 31, 2000.
