Right-Of-Way - Bell of Pennsylvania


INFORMATION:


Bell of Pennsylvania has submitted the attached request for a Right-Of-Way Grant on
district property at 1260 Gresham Street (Lincoln Elementary School). This request has
been reviewed by the administration and the solicitor.


RECOMMENDATION:


That the Board of School Directors approve the attached Right-Of-Way Grant from Bell
of Pennsylvania for 1260 Gresham Street (Lincoln Elementary School).

1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
