RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION- February 28, 2000

Pennsylvania Department of Education Self-Certification Approvals -
Liberty High School - Auditorium Lighting & Sound System Project and
Classroom Center Cooling Tower Replacement Project


INFORMATION:


At the April 20, 1998, meeting of the Board of School Directors, bond funds were
approved to implement capital improvement projects. The administration needs to
submit the attached Self-Certification Applications for Non-Reimbursable Construction
Projects to the Department of Education for Liberty High School's Auditorium Lighting
& Sound System Project and Classroom Center Cooling Tower Replacement Project.


RECOMMENDATION:


That the Board of School Directors authorize the administration to submit the attached
Self-Certification Applications for Non-Reimbursable Construction Projects to the
Department of Education for approval for Liberty High School's Auditorium Lighting &
Sound System Project and Classroom Center Cooling Tower Replacement Project.

Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
