Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Marvine Elementary School
Construction Project - Incidental Fees and Charges


INFORMATION:


Associated with the construction project at Marvine Elementary School will be a number
of incidental fees and charges that are not part of the design or construction contracts.


In an effort to keep this project running smoothly and without delay, it is recommended
that the administration expedite this process by ensuring that these fees and charges are
paid in a timely manner. The anticipated amount for all of the fees, charges, permits,
licenses, etc., identified with this construction project is approximately $30,000.


RECOMMENDATION:


That the administration be authorized to acquire the necessary permits, licenses, and
services needed to ensure that the construction project at Marvine Elementary School
progress without delay, at a cost not to exceed $30,000.
