Intercom/Visual Entry Systems - Change Order


INFORMATION:


At the August 30, 1999, Board Meeting a contract was awarded to Altronics Security
Systems to install security cameras in all elementary schools. In an effort to secure day
care entrances, the administration is recommending that an additional security camera
system be installed at Calypso, Farmersville, Freemansburg, Lincoln, and William Penn
Elementary Schools. The contractor, Altronics Security Systems, has agreed to install
these cameras for a cost not to exceed $13,587.


RECOMMENDATION:


That the Board of School Directors authorize a change order to Altronics Security
Systems to install an additional security camera system at the following day care
entrances:

Calypso Elementary School
Farmersville Elementary School
Freemansburg Elementary School
Lincoln Elementary School
William Penn Elementary School
