Authorization To Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Transportation Facility
Dumbwaiter Replacement Project - Change Order Deduct

INFORMATION:

The Transportation Facility Dumbwaiter Replacement Project is substantially complete.
The contractor, Walter Brucker & Company, Incorporated, did not completely utilize the
material allowance on the project and has agreed to issue a credit in the amount of $3,650.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board of School Directors issue a change order deduct to Walter Brucker &
Company, Incorporated, for material allowance not completely utilized on the
Transportation Facility Dumbwaiter Replacement Project, realizing a credit of $3,650.
