RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION - January 31, 2000

Authorization To Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Rosemont Portables -
Change Order

INFORMATION:

The administration has been reviewing options to provide more lavatory facilities for the
students and staff located at the Rosemont facility. In discussion with our district
engineer and Resun Leasing, Incorporated, it is feasible to install a portable lavatory
facility adjacent to the existing nine portable classrooms. The administration concurs
with this recommendation.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board of School Directors authorize the following:

A change order to Resun Leasing, Incorporated, to provide a portable lavatory
facility at the Rosemont facility (for a maximum time period of 16 months), ata
cost not to exceed $31,000.

That the administration engage the services of a site contractor to install and
connect sanitary and water lines for the above referenced portable lavatory
facility, for a cost not to exceed $10,000.
