Authorization To Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Clearview Elementary
School Renovation/Construction Project - Change Order

INFORMATION:

The Clearview Elementary School Renovation/Construction Project is progressing on
schedule. In order to implement the security entry system at the day care entry door,
two electrified exit devices, power supply, and associated work is required.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board of School Directors authorize the following change orders to implement
the security entry system at the day care entry door at the Clearview Elementary School
Renovation/ Construction Project:

To Rizzetto Construction Management Incorporated, for an amount not to exceed
$2,160.

To Albarell Electric, Incorporated, for an amount not to exceed $438.
