Authorization To Expend 1996 Bond Funds - Miller Heights Elementary
School Classroom Addition Construction Project - Change Order Deduct

INFORMATION:

The Miller Heights Elementary School Classroom Addition Construction Project is
substantially completed. The HVAC contractor, Bohrer-Reagan Company, did not
completely utilize the material allowance on the project and has agreed to issue a credit in
the amount of $7,749.78.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board of School Directors issue a change order deduct to Bohrer-Reagan
Company for material allowance not completely utilized on the Miller Heights
Elementary School Classroom Addition Construction Project, realizing a credit of
$7,749.78.
