Authorization To Expend 1996 Bond Funds - Lincoln Elementary School
Construction Project - Change Order

INFORMATION:

The Lincoln Elementary School Construction Project is progressing on schedule. In order
to implement the security entry system at the day care entry door, two electrified exit
devices, power supply, and associated work is required.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board of School Directors authorize the following change orders to implement
the security entry system at the day care entry door at the Lincoln Elementary School
Construction Project:

To Rizzetto Construction Management Incorporated, for an amount not to exceed
$2,160.

To Albarell Electric, Incorporated, for an amount not to exceed $438.

The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 were considered together.
